CPA Faustin is a career trainer and Educational programs administrator with 14 years’ experience in content design, administration and delivery in the field of Finance. His vast experience in training in accounting spans across lecturing core accounting units at KCA University to training in finance for non-finance personnel in the public service. He is an excellent communicator with a genuine interest in developing talents, nurturing growth, and motivating teams to reach their ultimate potential.He is well versed in capacity building and conference facilitation. Having acquired certifications in Monitoring and Evaluation, International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) and International Public Financial management (IPFM), he is a sought after trainer in these disciplines. He has served the Kenya school of Government in training public officers in public financial management. He is a member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPAK’s) Tax and Economics panel, a panel that creates training content for tax practitioners in Kenya.
